Post-Halloween giddiness. Gavin got a lot of candy. Remember these pearly white teeth as they are here!
Happy Halloween!
We all know that Daddy secretly wanted to go trick-or-treating, so he dressed Gavin up to have an excuse to beg for all that candy. Considering that Gavin’s had only a few pieces of candy in his lifetime (probably only DumDum lollipops at school), this should last him a while. Well, at least until Daddy eats it all!
Daddy and Gavin just before trick-or-treating. Gavin had no idea what he was in for. And neither did Daddy. It took more than an hour to get aroudn the neighborhood.
Gavin was a dog for Halloween. Mostly because it is one of his very few words! (Though his vocabulary has expanded greatly in the past couple of weeks!) The dog head kept falling over his face, but he was a trooper!
Gavin started the trick-or-treating at our house where he took all the candy from the give-away bowl and put it into his pumpkin. What a haul!
We took Gavin to a fall festival where there was a corn maze (maize maze), a hay-bail maze, animals, a playground, and hayrides. It was a perfect fall afternoon. Gavin loved the slide, liked the animals, stayed calm during the hayride, and tore up the playground. He had a great time and so did we!
Hmmm… Do you think he would mow the lawn if we got one of these?
Our brave boy liked going down the biggest slide in the place. There were two small ones for little kids, but Gavin likes a big challenge!
Who would have thought we could get Gavin to cooperate enough to do this? I think he liked looking through the hole!
For all you Beavis and Butthead Fans out there! ‘Nuff said.
